When an opportunity to photograph the vibrant and talented Madilla of Medallion Styles came my way, I couldn’t have been more excited! As the photographer for Imani at Metamorf Branding and Marketing Agency, I get to meet the most amazing business owners. This Atlanta hair stylist brand photoshoot was no different—Madilla’s energy, expertise, and passion for healthy hair made this session one to remember.

Madilla specializes in all things healthy hair, including trichology, locs, and braids. She’s the creator of a luxurious hair oil that’s packed with powerhouse ingredients like Aloe, Tea Tree, Pineapple fruit extract, Rosemary, Coconut oil, Castor oil, Peppermint, and Vitamin E. If you’re like me, and you love products that work wonders and smell heavenly, this hair oil is a must-try. I’m using it on my beard and I love it!

Madilla and her husband made the trip all the way from Atlanta to Raleigh for this shoot. She didn’t know any makeup artists in the area, but that’s never a problem for any of my clients—I always have a trusted list of preferred vendors ready to share. I recommended Kela from The Kela Experience, and she delivered! Kela’s makeup artistry is on point, but it’s her warm and relatable personality that truly sets her apart. She made Madilla feel at ease, and the makeup look she created was nothing short of stunning.
