Moving to Raleigh has been a whirlwind of excitement and adjustments. My first photoshoot in this new city is with Brian, a Financial Strategist and Analyst who needs updated professional branding photos for his business. I’ve always loved capturing professional headshots, so when Brian reached out, I couldn’t wait to get started.

We wanted a location that would reflect the professionalism and expertise that Brian brings to his work, and after some consideration, I knew the North Carolina Museum of Art would be perfect. The museum’s stunning architecture and versatile spaces offer a mix of modern and classic vibes, providing the ideal backdrop for a corporate yet creative photoshoot.

When the day arrived, Brian met me at the museum, and we immediately hit it off. He was a bit nervous, insisting that he isn’t photogenic, but as soon as we started shooting, all his worries faded. The camera loves him, and he quickly found his confidence. Every shot perfectly captured the balance between his approachable personality and his sharp, professional demeanor.

As we moved through the different locations within the museum, I could feel the energy of the shoot building. Each frame tells a story of who Brian is as a professional—someone who is both knowledgeable and relatable. By the end of the session, we had an incredible collection of images that I know will help him stand out in his industry.
