You know I love a good throwback, so here’s one from a few years back that I just had to share! With graduation season approaching, I’ve been thinking about my NC State Grad photoshoot with Stephanie. Now that I live just 10 minutes from campus, I’m excited to work with even more NC State seniors and help capture this special time in their lives!

Back in December 2016, Stephanie’s brother, Chris, reached out wanting to gift her a senior portrait session at NC State. I had photographed Chris a few years before, so I was thrilled when he asked me to capture these memories for his little sister. We met up on a chilly, cloudy afternoon on NC State’s beautiful campus, but Stephanie’s sweet and genuine personality warmed up the entire session.

We chatted about her excitement for graduation, her goals, and the adventures she had ahead. It felt like I was catching up with an old friend. And can we talk about how stunning she is? I swear she could be Kerry Washington’s twin! Her resemblance is uncanny, and her photos turned out simply gorgeous.
